Soft Tissue Massage
Soft tissue massage involves direct physical action on the muscle and other soft tissues of your body. Massage targets your muscles, tendons, ligaments, or other connective tissue such as fascia. It aims to increase blood circulation, decrease muscle tension spasms and improve lymphatic flow.
Joint Mobilisation
Joint mobilisation is an osteopathic technique that involves a back and forth oscillation of a joint. It is used to restore the small, involuntary movements of a joint that assist to increase the range of motion.
Joint Manipulation
Joint manipulation involves a High Velocity- Low Amplitude (HVLA) Thrust to a region of the body which is characteristically associated with the production of ‘pop’ or 'crack' sound. Joint manipulation helps to increase joint movement and mobility, decrease tension in surrounding muscles which may assist in reducing pain.
Dry needling
Dry needling, also known as myofascial trigger point dry needling, Trigger-point dry needling involves the use of a fine needle (similar to an acupuncture needle) which is inserted into the skin and muscle. It is aimed at myofascial trigger points.
Cupping

Cupping therapy is a traditional Chinese medicine in which a local suction is created on the skin with the application of the cups. The suction and negative pressure provided by cupping can loosen muscles, encourage blood flow, and sedate the nervous system
Muscle Energy Technique (MET) is a form of manual therapy which uses a muscle’s own energy in the form of gentle isometric contractions to relax the muscles via autogenic or reciprocal inhibition, and lengthen the muscle.
